Description
Ontivity is hiring a full-time Construction Manager to oversee field operations for Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades. The role supervises crews and subcontractors, coordinates construction schedules and materials, conducts safety and quality inspections, maintains documentation, supports testing and closeout, and mentors field personnel. It requires 3–5 years of wireless or DAS construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to travel 50–80%, and a valid driver’s license; public safety DAS experience and relevant technical training are preferred.
