Description
The Construction Manager oversees day-to-day field operations for Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and Small Cell installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades. The role supervises crews and subcontractors, coordinates construction schedules and materials, conducts safety and quality inspections, maintains documentation, supports testing and closeout, and mentors field personnel. It is a full-time Monday–Friday position with approximately 50–80% travel, overtime as needed, and physical demands including lifting up to 60 pounds.
