Description
Ontivity is hiring a full-time Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations for Small Cell installations and wireless infrastructure upgrades. The role supervises crews and subcontractors, coordinates construction schedules and materials, enforces safety and quality standards, resolves on-site issues, maintains documentation, supports testing and closeout, and trains field personnel. The position requires 3–5 years of wireless or Small Cell construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and approximately 50–80% travel; technical training or certifications are preferred.
