Description
Orenda is hiring a Construction Manager to serve as the contract administrator and commercial lead for multiple battery energy storage system projects. The role owns projects from notice to proceed through commissioning and handover, administering construction contracts, change orders, claims, budgets, schedules, safety, vendor coordination, and closeout. It is primarily office-based in Brooklyn, New York, with regular travel to active project sites across the five New York City boroughs. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5–7+ years of owner's-representative, project-management, or contract-administration experience, and offers a base salary of $120,000–$170,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus and benefits.
