Planate Management Group (PMG), a SDVOSB, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to support the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. The CM will oversee construction projects, particularly those involving housing and tenant relocation, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include interpreting construction documents, communicating with stakeholders, managing costs, documenting scope changes, utilizing various software like Procore and Microsoft Teams, and creating project documentation.
