Description
Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects for the VA Hospital Grand Junction. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, coordinating with facility occupants, performing inspections, identifying risks, recommending corrective actions, and providing technical input for design reviews and material procurement. The manager will lead and mentor the construction team, monitor contractor performance, review submittals, conduct field inspections, and ensure adherence to design specifications and regulatory standards.
