Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to support the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. The CM will be responsible for managing construction projects, particularly those related to housing and tenant relocation, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Key duties include interpreting contracts, communicating with stakeholders, reviewing cost estimates, documenting scope changes, and utilizing various software for project management.
