Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to oversee the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at Bay Pines VAMC. The CM will provide full-time, on-site construction oversight during General Contractor operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, VA standards, and codes. Key responsibilities include reviewing submittals, monitoring project schedules, performing field verifications, documenting defects, and compiling observation reports.
