Planate Management Group is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to provide on-site construction oversight for the VA Hospital Grand Junction project in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role focuses on monitoring contractor means and methods, reviewing submittals, performing inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, safety and quality requirements, identifying and resolving deficiencies, and supporting design, constructability, and procurement activities. Candidates should have a civil or equivalent degree or experience, at least three years of civil/construction management experience preferably in healthcare or hospital facilities, knowledge of construction scheduling and building crafts, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
