ProSidian is hiring a Construction Manager | Construction Engineering & Monitoring Support [DOE0025025] for an exempt 1099 contract supporting the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Dominance Financing program. The role provides independent engineering advisory services, including construction oversight, EPC contractor monitoring, schedule and budget reviews, milestone and conditions precedent validation, risk assessment, reporting, and technical due diligence for energy infrastructure projects. The position is primarily remote within the United States with expected on-site meetings and project-site work, with an initial work address in Washington, DC. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience.
