Description
Radiant is hiring a hands-on Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to serve as the primary onsite authority during construction of its advanced nuclear manufacturing facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role drives schedule, quality, safety, contractor performance, RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, testing, commissioning, and coordination with design, regulatory, engineering, facilities, operations, EHS, security, and other teams. It requires 7+ years of construction management, owner’s representation, or capital project execution experience, full onsite availability including weekends, and the ability to make real-time decisions in ambiguous environments. The position may remain focused on capital projects or transition into site facilities or operations leadership, with substantial equity, medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
