Ramboll is hiring a full-time Construction Manager in Syracuse, New York, to support project management activities for smaller-scale construction projects. The role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractor contracts, change orders, safety leadership, material and equipment cost estimates, and startup, commissioning, and closeout processes. Applicants need an associate degree plus two or more years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management plus five or more years of relevant experience, along with plan-reading, sequencing, scheduling, and safety-planning skills.
