Description
SERVPRO® Team Cuthbertson is hiring a full-time Construction Manager to obtain and execute construction projects, lead and develop the construction team, coordinate schedules and quality assurance, manage budgets and permits, and maintain customer and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, construction management experience, Xactimate or similar estimating proficiency, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Compensation is $65,000–$80,000 plus significant bonus potential, with a company vehicle, paid time off, retirement benefits, and medical, dental, vision, and workplace insurance.
