Description
Stegra is hiring a Construction Manager for its Construction team at the Boden site in Northern Sweden. Reporting to the Head of Site Execution within Project Delivery, the role drives daily construction execution, coordinates contractors and EPCM teams, maintains short-term lookahead plans, validates work readiness, resolves field issues, monitors safety and quality, and provides progress updates. The position requires experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure construction, preferably steel mill construction, along with strong coordination, planning, safety, quality, communication, problem-solving, and on-site leadership skills.
