Stimulus Technologies is hiring a full-time Construction Manager to serve as the owner’s representative for broadband and fiber deployment projects, including BDP and BEAD-funded work in Oregon. The role oversees OSP fiber construction, resident engineers, third-party contractors, engineering firms, safety, permits, budgets, schedules, documentation, and project closeout; it also manages field teams and escalates risks to senior leadership. The position requires extensive OSP fiber construction experience, supervisory experience, strong project-management and contractor-management skills, and the ability to travel extensively.
