Description
TKMS is hiring a Construction Manager to plan, tender, supervise, and invoice maintenance, refurbishment, and construction measures; coordinate technical stakeholders; monitor structural defects; control maintenance contracts; and manage office and facilities administration. The role requires a civil engineering degree, at least three years of relevant construction experience, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
