Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a confidential high-tech retail construction program across multiple United States locations. The role oversees projects from preconstruction and design through construction, handover, and closeout; coordinates general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, authorities, and client stakeholders; reviews design packages, schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning activities; and supports site-based activities, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The position requires on-site presence, at least five years of construction management experience, strong retail or commercial interior experience, and willingness to travel. The full-time role pays $120,000–$140,000 per year in base salary.
