Description
UDR Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Construction Project Manager in Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY to oversee EPC and construction management projects from pre-construction through completion and warranty. The role manages safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, subcontractors, client relations, staffing, reporting, risk, procurement, and project closeout, with a requirement to live in Lexington or Louisville and travel at least one week per month. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction, construction management, engineering, or a related field plus seven years of relevant construction project management experience, or equivalent applicable experience, along with strong computer, communication, organizational, analytical, and accounting skills.
