The Construction Manager oversees construction activities across health and safety, quality control, site logistics, employee relations, subcontractor and foreperson supervision, and project production targets. The role also manages HSEQ systems, site setup, security, deliveries, traffic, resources, labour, plant, and overheads, working with the Project Manager to sequence finishing trades and control rework. Candidates need at least seven years of site management experience across commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out, and refurbishment building.
