Weigand is hiring a full-time Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from inception through completion. The role leads project teams, manages budgets and schedules, enforces quality and safety standards, handles permitting and regulatory compliance, manages change orders, maintains project documentation, and supports client relationships. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, proven construction project management experience, proficiency with project management tools, and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
