STV is hiring a Construction Manager - Aviation to join its PM/CM team and support an aviation client in Austin, Texas. The role manages project scope, procurement, budgets, schedules, permitting, design and construction coordination, field investigations, documentation, and stakeholder interfaces, while overseeing the Design Manager and Design Review Team. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience, preferably on airport projects, with experience on projects exceeding $50 million and familiarity with design-bid-build, Design+CMAR, and Design/Build delivery methods. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred. The position is onsite and offers a compensation range of $130,962.60 to $149,671.54 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
