Novaform is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead client-managed subcontracts from start-up through handover. The role coordinates consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client; manages contracts, pricing, progress, finances, quality, HSE, schedules, meetings, changes, and interfaces; and contributes to estimates and tender work. Candidates need at least five years of relevant site or construction management experience in a contracting business, knowledge of contracts and Norwegian standards, project-management digital-tool proficiency, and written and spoken Norwegian.
