GECAD is hiring a Construction Manager / Client Representative – Site Development to manage industrial construction, shell construction, and turnkey projects at its Paderborn site. The role covers project planning, tendering, contracting, negotiations, on-site coordination, scheduling, costing, quality, and handover, with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality.
