Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking a Construction Manager - Construction Administrator to oversee electronic health record modernization infrastructure upgrades at Lake City VA Medical Center. The role involves managing various aspects of construction, including project engineering, scheduling, design reviews, cost control, and ensuring compliance with VA standards and safety regulations.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three (3) years of construction work experience
Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting, regulations, materials, methods, and construction processes and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Proficient in the use of computer software to create drawings or virtual models of design elements.
Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience in preparing reports and briefing management.
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, manage conflicts, and solve complex problems.
Knowledge of safety practices, including OSHA requirements, and familiarity with modern construction products and techniques.
