Description
Arcadis is hiring a Construction Manager for its Water Division in Columbus, Ohio, to manage multimillion-dollar water and wastewater construction projects. The role oversees contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, site safety, quality assurance, code compliance, inspections, schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation, while coordinating with the General Contractor, Owner, and Engineer. An associate degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required; experience with construction budgets, schedules, estimating, change order negotiation, bidding, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and construction document management is also required. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits and a salary range of $85,000 to $150,000.
