Description
BBP is hiring a client-side building-services construction manager to work on new-build and renovation projects in Berlin and Brandenburg. The role begins on November 1, 2026, or as soon as the candidate is ready, and involves reviewing bills of quantities and planning documents, supervising heating, ventilation, plumbing, and sanitation, coordinating contractors, managing site reports and documentation, reviewing measurements and invoices, assessing change orders, and supporting handovers and defect rectification. The position requires a relevant degree or technician qualification, several years of construction management or site-supervision experience, German language skills at B2 or higher, and a Class B driver's license.
