Description
Amazon is hiring a Construction Manager to lead project and construction management for industrial development across the AMET region, including new Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, Delivery Stations, Quick Commerce stores, and auxiliary buildings, as well as renovations and tenant improvements. The role covers site selection through contract execution, budget and program reviews, design and contract negotiations, site management, subcontractor coordination, regulatory engagement, and performance monitoring. It is based in Cape Town, South Africa, with 40–60% travel domestically or to other AMET countries, and requires at least two years of project execution or supervision experience, real estate development or architecture/design experience, and a civil engineering bachelor's degree.
