Description
The Project Manager, Data Center Facilities Development leads on-site delivery of data center infrastructure in Kuala Lumpur, overseeing base building, MEP, power, cooling, containment, controls, security, and enabling works. The role manages contractors and vendors, construction workflows, site readiness, commissioning readiness, reporting, safety, quality, milestones, risks, and handover. It requires data center or mission-critical infrastructure construction experience, MEP/critical systems knowledge, contractor management ability, QA/QC documentation skills, and familiarity with project platforms; high-density or AI-ready exposure and a trade or engineering background are preferred.
