Description
The AWS Construction Manager oversees data center infrastructure construction from groundbreaking through Power Facilities Hand Off and substantial completion. The role manages general contractors, specialty contractors, and subcontractors; monitors schedules, budgets, quality, safety, environmental compliance, commissioning, testing, documentation, and closeout; and coordinates with internal AWS teams, local authorities, and senior leadership. The position is primarily based at active construction sites in Atlanta, Georgia, with office work, possible regional travel, and occasional work outside normal business hours.
