Description
Harris & Associates is hiring a full-time Construction Manager (Education) in Los Angeles, California, to lead college construction bond program teams and manage 5–10 concurrent education construction projects valued at $5 million to $100 million. The role oversees project delivery from planning and design through construction and DSA/PMO closeout, including budgets, schedules, contracts, risk mitigation, quality management, stakeholder reporting, change orders, construction teams, and dispute resolution. Candidates need at least 7 years of experience managing multiple construction projects, including 2 years in educational facility construction, plus a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience, DSA processes, BIM, delivery methods, web-based project management systems, OSHA-10 certification, and a valid driver's license.
