Rinvio is hiring a Construction Manager - Electrical for an on-site, full-time W-2 role in the Wichita Falls, Texas region supporting a large hyperscale data center construction program. The position oversees electrical construction execution, schedule, manpower, quality assurance, turnover, documentation, issues, and coordination with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls. Candidates need experience leading complex construction scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination, along with familiarity with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls. The role pays $100.00-$135.00 per hour, includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, weekly direct deposit, and paid time off after a set period.
