ISI Professional Services is seeking a full-time Construction Manager-Mechanical Engineers to provide owner’s representation and construction-phase oversight for a potential future Department of Veterans Affairs project at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. The role involves onsite inspections, submittal and RFI review, schedule and progress monitoring, contractor payment validation, deficiency tracking, procurement monitoring, project reporting, and coordination with the VA construction officer and healthcare engineer. The position requires a mechanical engineering or related degree and either six years of professional engineering or construction management experience or fifteen years of directly related construction management experience, along with U.S. work authorization and the ability to work onsite in an active healthcare construction environment.
