Description
The Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Construction Manager will oversee controls subcontractor installation, startup, commissioning, quality control, and coordination with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople on a live high-tech semiconductor manufacturing project. The role also manages subcontractor contracts, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, training, and field surveys, and is fully based at the project site in Childress, Texas. It requires at least five years of building automated control system construction experience, industrial or high-tech semiconductor manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience in a relevant engineering or construction management discipline.
