SEL is hiring a Construction Manager I to coordinate small construction projects and assist with medium- to large-scale projects for its General Construction team. The role manages project files, budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and change orders; coordinates contractors; resolves issues; and supports project objectives. The position is based in Pullman, Washington, requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and typically two years of related professional experience, and offers $31.00–$46.00 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
