HDR is hiring a Construction Manager II to oversee construction management for substation facilities within rail transit systems in the Northern California Bay Area. The role manages subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, procurement, bidding, constructability and value engineering, budgets, schedules, submittals, inspections, safety compliance, and stakeholder communications. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of construction planning and management experience, with experience in construction management software and Microsoft Office; rail transit and electrical or communications systems experience are preferred.
