HDR is hiring a Construction Manager II to lead construction management activities for engineering, environmental, and construction projects. The role oversees subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, contract administration, procurement, estimating, change orders, submittals, inspections, safety compliance, and project reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of construction planning and management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with construction management software. A Professional Engineer or Certified Construction Manager credential is preferred, and visa sponsorship is not available.
