Description
The Construction Manager II oversees civil works and associated financial control, scheduling, service-provider compliance, quality, safety, site inspections, progress reporting, and coordination with customers, project management, and other disciplines. The role requires independent problem-solving, technical assistance to service providers, material and claims administration, and supervision of civil-work activities, with a minimum of 3–5 years of project-build experience and reporting to a CM3 or IM Lead.
