Description
The Construction Manager II oversees civil works and associated financial control, scheduling, service-provider compliance, quality, safety, site coordination, progress reporting, and project closeout. The role supervises service providers and other disciplines, resolves civil-works problems, interprets civil design plans, and reports to a CM3 or IM Lead. It requires at least three to five years of project-build experience involving more than 200 sites and independent problem-solving and improvement skills.
