Description
Spark Power Corp USA is hiring a full-time Construction Manager, Major Projects in Phoenix, Arizona, to lead craft construction crews and subcontractors on high-voltage and low-voltage electrical programs. The role provides hands-on field leadership, sets work plans and production targets, coordinates with program management and client operations, and ensures safe, on-schedule, and on-budget execution across substations, transmission and distribution corridors, and industrial facilities. Candidates must have Red Seal or journeyman certification in an electrical trade, at least five years of progressive high-voltage or low-voltage electrical construction experience, and at least three years of construction or site-supervision experience. The position is primarily field-based with frequent travel across Canada and the United States.
