IREN is hiring a full-time, on-site Construction Manager – Mechanical in Sweetwater, Texas to lead mechanical construction for data center projects, including liquid cooling systems, HVAC, piping, and related infrastructure. The role oversees design, procurement, installation, commissioning, quality, schedule, budget, safety, vendor, and sustainability activities while coordinating with architects, engineers, general contractors, and vendors. Candidates need at least seven years of mechanical construction management experience, including three years on data center or mission-critical facility projects, along with liquid cooling expertise and familiarity with data center design standards.
