ISI Professional Services is seeking a full-time onsite Construction Manager-Mechanical Engineers to provide owner’s representation and construction-phase oversight for a potential future Department of Veterans Affairs project at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. The role will inspect construction, review submittals and RFIs, monitor schedules and procurement, validate pay applications, document deficiencies, coordinate with the VA Construction Officer and Healthcare Engineer, and prepare inspection documentation. Applicants must have a four-year mechanical engineering or related degree and either six years of professional engineering or construction management experience, or fifteen years of directly related construction management experience; federal, healthcare, and IT/telecommunications infrastructure experience are preferred. The position requires U.S. work authorization, at least three years of U.S. residency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential.
