Description
The role leads and manages overall MEP site operations, with particular responsibility for HVAC works, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, and controls. The position oversees site mobilization, manpower, productivity, materials, subcontractors, quality, safety, schedules, testing and commissioning, approvals, documentation, and project handover. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 10–15 years of MEP construction experience with at least 5 years in managerial or site leadership, and strong HVAC, project-planning, communication, and construction-safety knowledge.
