Description
The Construction Manager II assists an assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, coordinating, and completing construction projects while supporting client satisfaction, financial outcomes, safety, staffing, budgeting, and contract administration. The role may involve self-perform crews, large-scale industrial projects, mechanical process piping, infrastructure, project scheduling, concrete and utility takeoffs, and supervision of project teams. It requires 10+ years of project-site experience, a construction-related degree or equivalent technical training, at least 6+ years of construction-industry experience, Microsoft Office and project scheduling software proficiency, and the ability to work various shifts.
