Description
The Construction Manager II assists an assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, coordinating, and completing construction projects while supporting client satisfaction, financial outcomes, safety, staffing, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements. The role may involve self-perform crews, large-scale industrial projects, mechanical process piping, infrastructure, concrete form design, equipment selection, and takeoffs. It requires 10+ years of project-site experience, a construction-related degree or equivalent technical training, at least 6+ years of construction-industry experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software, and the ability to work various shifts.
