Element Consulting is hiring a Construction Manager - Owner's Representative, Night Shift to manage the construction phase of a community college education facility project. The role oversees mobilization, construction, closeout, budgets, schedules, contracts, contractors, submittals, change orders, payments, and project resources, while coordinating with public agencies and the District. Candidates need 8–10 years of commercial or public facility construction management experience, preferably in educational facilities, along with relevant education or additional qualifying experience. The position offers a $150,000–$160,000 salary range and a night-shift differential.
