The role leads construction standards, general contractor and trade partner management, contract strategy, cost estimating and budget ownership, quality control, pre-construction planning, closeout, commissioning, lessons learned, and team leadership across corporate offices, production facilities, distribution centers, and warehouses. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field, 10+ years of construction management experience, 5+ years of construction leadership or pre-construction experience, and 2+ years of food and beverage or industrial facility construction experience. The salary range is $133,947-$177,200 plus bonus, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
