Description
AKS is hiring a full-time Construction Manager/Owner’s Representative to oversee complex private and public development projects. The role coordinates contractors, municipal agencies, clients, inspectors, and internal teams; manages budgets, schedules, permits, contracts, cost estimates, constructability reviews, risks, safety, inspections, billing, closeout, and warranty release. Candidates need at least four years of construction or civil engineering experience, strong knowledge of construction methods and technical documents, leadership ability, and familiarity with the construction project lifecycle; an associate or bachelor’s degree and construction cost estimating experience are preferred.
