Description
The Plumbing Systems Construction Manager will oversee plumbing systems mechanical subcontractors and vendors, coordinate MEP startup and commissioning, review construction documents and submittals, manage mechanical contracts and budgets, and support onsite quality control and recordkeeping for large high-tech projects. The role is fully onsite at a project in Boise, Idaho, with a salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 DOE plus incentives. It requires a relevant engineering or construction management degree, at least five years of plumbing and fire protection mechanical construction experience, industrial or high-tech semiconductor project experience, and proficiency with construction and design software.
