Construction Manager - Structures FIFO at Flanco

Flanco is hiring a Construction Manager - Structures FIFO to lead 2–3 supervisors and crews on mining and resources projects involving mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings, stockyards, tunnels, power stations, and paste plants. The role reports to the Company Director, manages day works, budgets, schedules, safety, environmental approvals, client liaison, and project changes, and requires hands-on experience with formwork, concrete, earthworks, and steel fixing. The position is FIFO, with crews moving between projects nationwide, and requires a manual C-class driver's licence, White Card, S26, and a clean National Police Clearance.
