Description
Construction Manager role for JTS supporting major public works projects in the Seattle area. The position oversees construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing planning, scheduling, budgets, contracts, quality control, safety, coordination with owners/designers/contractors/agencies, and turnover. Requires 5–10+ years of construction management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and public agency experience; full-time with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
